Ordering policy

Our personalised Celebration Plates are created just for you.

Please expect slight colour and design variations as they are all individually hand painted. You will be sent a proof for your order for approval via email before your order goes to production.

Please make sure your information has been double checked for correct spelling, names and dates.

Delivery.
Allow 21-28 days delivery from the date of order. This may vary depending on the size of the order — remember each plate is individually hand painted. Every effort will be made to meet the agreed upon deadline for delivery. In the event of a delay, the customer will be contacted and apprised of the situation and action taken as a result.

Payment.
Payment in full is required prior to commencing the project. If an order is not satisfactory to the customer, the artist will attempt to correct the design problem. We will not be responsible for customer error, such as misspellings or inaccurate dates provided by customer.

Once your order is commenced, the sale is final and non-refundable.
